My MST motivated me a lot during this semester teaching practice. She said that I have many skills that qualify me to be a teacher such as planning for lessons, time management and behavior management. Although I have improved a lot within my teaching practice years, I have some areas that need improvement such as giving clear instructions before any activity. That is what my MST mentioned and said to improve in the next times. I also think that I have to practice more on managing students during transitions inside the classroom such as transitions from the carpet to the corners.

MCT's Report:
From my MCT's feedback, I have noticed that I need more improvement in my planning. For the lesson plans, I need to relate the differentiated activities to the Learning Outcomes. This was a note from my MCT's first visist so I worked on it and the second visit she told me that my lesson plan was good and the activities were related to the Learning Outcomes. Another thing that I need to imrove is the language, especially grammar. I have made some few mistakes while explaining, for example instead of saying 'she eat' I had to say 'she ate'. I am still working on my language and I will improve it more in the next semester teaching practice.

Peer-Observation:
Peer observation also helped in noticing my areas that need development. My colleague Fatima did the peer observation for me. She mentioned that I need to focus on managing students' behavior in the class especially during circle time and use more techniques to to manage them and help them pay attention during the lesson. My collegue also mentioned the positive aspects in my teaching such as having confidence while teaching and everything is well prepared before the lesson.
