Emotional Development: the string painting can be a way for children to express their feelings and represent their experiences that they can not verbalize it. And with the teacher's praises of their work, they can develop their self-esteem. |

Sit with children in a covered surface area, you can use newspaper to cover the area.
2. Black paint 3. 4 black pipe cleaners Wiggle eyes Instructions: 1. Paint the box with the black color. 2. Poke eight holes around the edge of the box for the legs. 3. Thread a pipe cleaner through one of the holes. Thread back through the next hole. 4. Repeat the same, and thread the rest holes using the pipe cleansers. 5. Stick on the wiggle eyes and you are done from your craft.
Physical development: this technique help the children a lot to develop the fine motor control by using the scissor to cut, holding paper, poking holes, gluing and sticking. Children are always passionate to create and try new things, this technique would help them to develop their fine motor skill. Cognitive development: by using lots of materials children can think of something to create and this help them to expand their imagination. Moreover, they learn the names of shapes (cylinder, cuboid..), the names of the colors and they also learn new vocabularies (cut, paste, poke, hang, mix, stick..) Links with KG ADEC curriculum: 1.
